1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.tryslimsoda.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of SlimSoda™ products from SlimSoda™ ("SlimSoda," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

3. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

SlimSoda™ is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Consult your physician before using SlimSoda™ if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have a medical condition, or take any medication — in particular medication for blood sugar, blood pressure or cholesterol. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended serving.

We work to keep product descriptions, ingredient information and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that all Site content is complete or error-free. Results vary from person to person and depend on diet, activity level and consistency of use.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Every SlimSoda™ order is a one-time purchase. We do not enroll you in a subscription or auto-ship program, and you will never be billed automatically.
• Bundles, prices and promotions may change at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• Payment is completed on our secure checkout hosted at cc.slimsodapowder.com, operated by our checkout partner. By submitting payment you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is free. Orders are typically dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within one business day and delivered within 2–5 business days, although carrier delays outside our control may occur. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order is covered by our 90-Day "Empty Tub" Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of delivery and return your tubs — even if they are empty — for a full refund of the purchase price. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SlimSoda harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which SlimSoda's operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@slimsodapowder.com so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
